After 10 years of being in practice in Auburn, we’ve heard just about every question a patient might have about chiropractic, healthy eating, exercising, sleeping, foot wear, vitamins and supplements, carpal tunnel, headaches, sciatica, slipped discs, MRI’s, injections, and the list goes on and on.  Well over those years of helping our patients to find accurate honest answers we began to notice that a lot of our patients were asking the same questions leading us to know one thing…. There is a lot of confusion out there about what is good for you and what is NOT!

The purpose of this blog is to help the people of our community and beyond to sort through the junk, the gimmicks, and the misinformation.

Please follow our posts over the next few weeks as we continually work to deliver factual, relevant and concise answers to the most common questions asked in a primary care facility mixed in with some convenient but effective tips for improving or regaining your health.

After all, you only have one body, and although it is an amazing machine it can only take so much abuse which unfortunately the world is literally hurling your direction every single day in the form of computers and cell phones, fad diets, SUGAR, lack of sleep, lack of healthy exercise (yes there is such a thing as unhealthy exercise), and so forth.
